Shockwave – Decepticon scientist, representative of Megatron. He began serving Megatron even before he proclaimed himself Lord of the Decepticons. Shockwave transforms into a Cybertron tank. Its cannon has amazing firepower. He has restraint and poise, and never loses control of himself.
