Soundwave is a Decepticon spy and liaison officer. He is the most mysterious person in Megatron’s squad. The Decepticon Soundwave, like all scouts, prefers to listen and be silent. He prefers sign language. Many Decepticons shy away from him. And Megatron completely trusts Soundwave. Soundwave’s alternate form is a dark blue unmanned reconnaissance aircraft. He is able to separate his hands from his body and use them remotely.
